Terms of Service

1. Pre-Orders

Ordo is currently in development. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a unit at the stated price.

  • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.
  • Pre-order pricing is locked in at the time of payment and will not increase.
  • We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Estimated timelines are non-binding.
  • You will receive email updates on development milestones and shipping timelines.

2. Product Description

Specifications, features, and design details shown on the website represent our current development targets. The final product may differ in minor ways from what is described. We will notify pre-order customers of any material changes.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase. Waitlist position does not guarantee availability or specific pricing. We may contact you via the email address you provide with product updates.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds & Returns

We understand that pre-ordering a product in development requires trust. We make the process as risk-free as possible.

  • Before shipping: Full refund at any time before your unit ships. No questions asked. We process refunds within 5–10 business days.
  • After delivery: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Device must be in its original condition. You cover return shipping.
  • Defective units: If your device arrives defective or develops a fault within 90 days, we replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
  • Cancellations: If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, we issue a full automatic refund.

To request a refund, email support@heyordo.com with the email used for the pre-order. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
